NEW HOUSE IN RUSSELL LEA

We are working on the design of a new residence in Russell Lea. The proposal includes a basement garage level, open plan living spaces on the ground floor, and bedrooms on the top level. The northern side opens up onto a landscaped backyard including a new swimming pool, with the street elevation balconies looking towards local bay views. Sliding shutters on the bedroom level provide privacy to the study and guest bedroom.
