THE HOUSE NEXT DOOR NEARING COMPLETION

Our clients have moved in and are settling into our latest new house project in Russell Lea. After living on the adjacent block for 27 years, they decided to upgrade to a new house, and purchased the land next door to stay in the area.  The design of the new residence is compact but spacious and filled with natural light. The house is extremely energy efficient, with a full solar panel array, 10000L underground rainwater tank, hydronic underfloor heating, double the minimum required insulation, and motorised blinds and louvres to control sunlight. We are looking forward to photographing the project once the landscaping is complete.
