NEW PROJECT IN RODD POINT

We are currently in the design phase of a new project in Rodd Point. The pictured rear extension is a simple floating volume containing the master bedroom on the first floor, with a collection of open-plan spaces - living, dining, kitchen, alfresco area -  opening up onto a courtyard and backyard below. The existing front portion of the current house is retained, with a series of segmented  volumes transitioning from existing to new between the from the front and the back of the site.
