CONCORD SEMI PROGRESS

Our project for a pair of semi-detached dwellings in Concord is progressing well and is nearing completion. The site is located in a Heritage Conservation Area, and presents as a traditional single-fronted cottage to the street, splitting into two separate contemporary forms at the rear. Each dwelling contains 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, and a generous living space with alfresco area and landscaped backyard.
